GymNote - Workout Tracker Privacy Policy
Summary
GymNote - Workout Tracker is a local-only workout journal. The app does not require an account and does not send personal data, workout records, or selected photos to the developer or to third parties.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the name you enter, exercise catalogue entries, machine names, selected machine photos, workout dates, notes, sets, repetitions, and weight in the app’s local storage on your device.
Data collection and sharing
GymNote - Workout Tracker does not operate a backend, cloud sync service, analytics service, advertising system, or tracking technology. The developer does not collect or share data from the app.
Photo selection
The app uses Apple’s system photo picker. It receives only the photo that you explicitly select. The selected copy is stored locally inside the app.
Backups
You can export a JSON backup using the iOS document exporter. The destination and any later sharing are controlled by you and by the service you choose in the system share interface.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on your device until you erase it in the app or delete the app. The Settings screen provides an option to erase all app data. Deleting the app also removes its local data unless you previously exported a backup.
Children
The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes
If the app later adds cloud services, analytics, accounts, or other data processing, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those features are released.
